  • How do I make a Donation or Direct Payment?

  • What are the Shipping and Returns Policies?

  • What if I have a change of mind?
    SKM is not legally obliged to provide a refund if you simply change your mind or find the same product elsewhere. You may request a refund for your items within 7 days of receiving your order. Your request must be by email to SKM - contact@showknowmercy.com. The outcome will be determined by SKM. ​ If we agree to your change-of-mind request, the goods must be received by SKM in unused and undamaged condition within 14 days of the approval. You must ensure that the packaging of the returned goods is enough for the goods to be received undamaged by SKM. Damaged items will not be accepted for a refund.   • My item arrived damaged, what can I do?"
    We guarantee that the goods you receive from SKM will be of acceptable quality, fit for the purpose for which they are sold and match the description of those goods on displayed on our website. Where an item has arrived in a damaged or faulty condition, or does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your delivery by contacting us. Where goods do not meet the consumer guarantees and there is a major failure in relation to the goods, you are entitled to one of the following remedies: a refund of the value of the goods purchased excluding any postage and handling charges; a replacement product which is identical or of similar value if reasonably available; or a credit issued to the value of the goods to be used within twelve months of the date of original purchase.     A blog will be launched in the near future to answer the most common questions on the issues addressed in the book. To submit a question to the author, please email contact@showknowmercy.com.
